Gary Edgar Smith Park

The FOSB Park, now Gary Edgar Smith Park, was officially opened in March 2016 and is becoming a great addition to our community. The site is where all the vendors for our St. Patrick’s Day Parade festivities are now located. Water, lights, and electricity have been added with more improvements planned for the future.

The FOSB has already used the Park and added some great activities for the community and surrounding areas, such as Walking Trail, Fitness Stations, Yard Sales, Little Free Library, and Music Events featuring local talent.

We are constantly seeking monetary donations as well as in-kind donations of materials, supplies, and volunteers as we have BIG plans for the Park, such as building a permanent stage, a pavilion with bathrooms, a meeting room, and a small kitchen. So, come out and help us make Shellman Bluff even BETTER than it is!
